If you have zucchinis. try this recipe its really easy to make. And its healthy to make too.
Ingredients
2 zucchinis.
Salt
1 egg.
100ml of milk.
20g of parmesan.
60 g of flour.
Black pepper.
1 teaspoon baking powder
HOW TO MAKE IT?
Take the the slicer grater and use it to slice the the zucchinis. Sprinkle salt and mix
take a bowl, crack an egg and add milk then whisk it. After mixing it add the flour and again mix it.. then add black pepper and mix, then add baking powder and mix
Add zucchini to the batter. Mix it with a spatula Take a baking pan, grease it with oil or butter. Add the batter and bake for 40-45 minutes on 180°.
