Protein cookies

Protein cookies are a great snack to start your day or to use as a post-workout snack to get some energy

ARE THEY HEALTHEY?

Protein cookies are still processed snacks loaded with sugar, fat, and calories. Eating protein cookies can help boost your energy levels because they contain whole grains and fibers. 

Ingredients:-

  • walnuts 1 cup
  • pumpkin seeds 1 cup
  • Nuts 1 cup
  • warm water
  • 500ml of water
  • seed mixture

HOW TO MAKE IT??

  • Take a bowl add walnuts, pumpkin seeds, nuts and warm water. Leave it for 30 minutes

  • Then drain the water from it. Add it into a blender then add 500ml water and turn on the blender. Then stain the mixture. while straining the mixture there would be a thick mixture. Set that aside and the liquid mixture, store it in a container and Keep it in the fridge

  • Take a separate bowl, add the seed mixture and 30ml of water and mix. Add it to the thick mixture and mix well until everything is well combined.

  • In a baking tray, scoop the mixture into the tray. design it in however shape you prefer. Bake it in oven for 20-25 minutes at 180°

  • Serve and Enjoy!!
