Juicy stuffed peppers!

Here’s one of the best ways to make stuffed bell peppers that come out incredibly moist, melt-in-your-mouth tender and finger-licking delicious.

  • They can be pared ahead of time and stuffed peppers reheat and freeze well. 
  • You can fill them saucy rice, beef, and sausage filling. Substitute any ground meat. 
  • If you’d like them extra saucy, add extra marinara to the baking pan.

STORAGE AND FREEZING:-

Keep leftovers in the fridge in an air tight container for up to 4 days. This easy stuffed peppers recipe can frozen either before or after baking. To Freeze Stuffed Peppers prepare as directed below and freeze in a  baking dish. Thaw in the fridge overnight and bake for 30-40 minutes or until heated through

Ingredients:-

  • Onions
  • Minced meat
  • Eggs
  • Cheese
  • Feta cheese
  • Black pepper
  • Salt
  • Sweet peppers
  • Tomatoes

HOW TO MAKE IT??

  • In a pan sauté onion for 3 minutes then add the minced. Cook on medium flame until the meat color changes.

  • In a bowl add the cooked meat and crack 3 eggs. Add cheese, feta cheese, black pepper, salt and mix well.

  • Rinse the peppers, cut off the tops with stems, and remove seeds and membranes. Fill each pepper generously with the stuffing mixture.

  • Bake for 25 minutes on 180° or according to your oven. take it out from the oven and top it with a slice of tomato and again bake it for 5 minutes(optional)

  • Serve and enjoy!!
