Ingredients:-

  • salmon
  • cream
  • Apple Cider Vinegar
  • lemon
  • cheese
  • garlic
  • onion
  • spinach
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Thyme
  • Olive oil

HOW TO MAKE IT??

  • Take the salmon, sprinkle salt, black pepper and olive oil over it on both sides. Take a frying pan add 1 tbsp oil and fry the salmon both sides for 3-5 minutes.

  • In a frying pan add oil and chopped onions. Fry it for 3 minutes, then add the garlic cloves. Add the vinegar and cook it for 2 minutes then add the cream and mix well

  • Add salt, black pepper and thyme and cheese. Mix well. Cook until the cheese is melted. Add spinach and mix

  • Cut lemon into slices and add them to sauce. Add the cooked salmon too. Cook for another 2 minutes

  • Serve and Enjoy!!

  • 4 pieces salmon
  • 250 g cream
  • 120 ml Apple Cider Vinegar.
  • 50 g cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 chopped onion
  • salt as per taste
  • black pepper as per taste
  • Thyme
  • Olive oil
  • spinach

Instructions

  • Take the salmon, sprinkle salt, black pepper and olive oil over it on both sides. Take a frying pan add 1 tbsp oil and fry the salmon both sides for 3-5 minutes.
