In a pot add the water and let it boil. Then add the broccoli, salt and 2 tbsp of milk. Cook it for 2 minutes. Grease the baking pan with olive oil and add the broccoli.
In a pot add water and let it boil. Then add the cauliflower, salt and 2 tbsp of milk. Cook it for 4 minutes. Add the cooked cauliflower into the pan with broccoli.
Take a pan add the chopped onions. Fry for 3-4 minutes. Then add the chopped carrots and fry for 8-9 minutes. Add one cloves of garlic. cook for 5 minutes. Add the cooked mixture to the baking pan
Add the chopped peppers and chopped cheery tomatoes to the pan
In a bowl crack 4 eggs. Whisk the eggs. add 5 tbsp oil and whisk again. Add flour and mix. Make sure the flour is well mixed. Add milk and mix. Add dill and parsley into the mixture
Pour the mixture into the pan. Sprinkle it with cheese. Bake for 40-45 minutes on 180° or according to your oven.
While its baking, grab a bowl add yogurt, 1 clove of garlic, lemon juice, mint, salt, black pepper and dill. Mix well
