HOW TO MAKE IT??
Peel of the potato skin. Then cut the potatoes into think slices. Take a baking pan grease it with olive oil and sprinkle with the mozzarella cheese Then add the slices of potatoes. Brush the potatoes with olive oil. Sprinkle with herbs and bake it for 20 mins on 180° or according to your oven
In a frying pan add 1 tbsp of olive oil, Add chopped onions and garlic cloves. Sauté them for 5 minutes. Add the minced meat. Cook for 7-10 minutes or until the color changes. Add the tomato paste, salt, coriander, curry, paprika. Mix well and cook for 10 minutes on low flame. Add rosemary.
