The mayo free potato salad is perfect as a side dish, as a burrito filler, or even a make-ahead lunch or dinner. It’s great served for a crowd and holiday tables In many countries, the Olivier salad is known as Russian potato salad or Russian salad, while others call it by its original name: Olivier salad.
Ingredients
- 1 cup macaroni
- 1 apple
- 1 cup pineapple
- 1 potato
- 1 carrot
- 1 cup cabbage
- 1/2 cup peas
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- salt as per taste
- 1/4 tsp white pepper powder
- 1 tsp vinegar
How to make it?
Cut the potatoes, carrots, pineapple, apple, cabbage into small uniform cubes. In a pot add water and boil peas for 6-8 minutes, then add potatoes and boil for 6-7 minutes. After boiling drain them and then add them into cold water
In a bowl add mayonnaise, whipping cream, salt and white pepper. Mix until well dissolved. Then in a bowl add all the vegetables and fruit. Add cooked macroni and vinegar
Add the salad dressing we made and mix well. Chill for 3-4 hours.
