Pumpkin pancakes are good in any season but are perfect to warm you up on cold winter mornings. You can use either canned or cooked fresh pumpkin.

Crisp fall mornings call for cozy breakfasts, and these fluffy pumpkin pancakes are just the thing to warm you right up. 
You can store the mixture in fridge for a week. Just take it out and make pancakes for breakfast

Ingredients

  • pumpkin
  • cottage cheese
  • kefir
  • egg
  • flour
  • sugar
  • Salt
  • Olive oil

HOW TO MAKE IT??

  • Grate the pumpkins with a grater. Add them into a bowl, add cottage cheese, sugar, salt, egg, kefir. Mix them well.
  • After mixing, add the flour and mix well until everything is well combined.

  • In a pan add oil, take a spoonful of mixture and add into the pan. Fry until they are golden colored.

  • Serve and Enjoy!!!
