What is upside down cake?
An upside-down cake is a cake that is baked “upside-down” in a single pan, usually a skillet, with its toppings at the bottom of the pan. When removed from the oven, the finished upside-down preparation is flipped over.
What do you need for this recipe?
27 x 18 cm mold pan
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar.
1 pinch of salt.
80 grams of sugar
60 ml sunflower oil
1/2 cup of yogurt
200 grams of flour
2 teaspoons baking powder.
3 bananas.
30 grams of butter
2 spoons of sugar.
TOPPING?
If you want to add any topping, you can top it with a scoop of ice cream or any cream or anything you prefer
HOW TO MAKE IT?
In a bowl add 2 eggs and oil. Whisk them for 5 minutes and then add yogurt. mix. Sift flour and baking powder, then mix until its well dissolved
Take the banana and cut into half, then peel of the skin
Take 27 x 18 cm mold. Grease it with butter then sprinkle sugar all over the mold
Add the bananas. line them, then pour the batter we made earlier
Bake it on 180° for 30 minutes. Place heatproof serving plate upside down onto pan; turn plate and pan over. Cut the cake into slices
