3 ingredients Chocolate Mousse

This super simple Two Ingredient Chocolate Mousse recipe packs a punch of intense chocolate flavor in every bite.

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 100 grams dark chocolate
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Separate egg white from egg yolk. Beat the egg whites until its fluffy.
  • In a sauce pan add dark chocolate and let it melt. Then add the melted chocolate into egg yolks. Mix them well. Add 1 tbsp egg white mixture and mix then add the rest little by little.
  • Place the mousse in a cup and keep it in refrigerator for 3-4 hours
  • Decorate it with your favorite topping and Enjoyy!!
