Chop onion and carrot. In a pan sauté onion for 3 minutes. Then add the carrots and again sauté for 3 minutes. Add the peas and cook for 3-5 minutes. Add the 100g rice, salt, paprika and cook for 5-7 minutes then add 400ml water and cook for 20 minutes
In a bowl add the vinegar, salt, paprika, coriander, hot sauce, garlic clove, oyster sauce. Mix well and then add the wings to the sauce and mix well with hands. Cover the chicken and set aside for 20 minutes
In a tray or pan add the chicken and bake it for 35-40 minutes at 400°F or according to your oven.
Serve it with the rice. Enjoy!!
