Heat up a pan with oil, fry the onions and garlic for 2-3 minutes. Add bell peppers and fry for 2 minutes. Then add the boiled chicken, black pepper, salt, paprika and cook for 5-6 minutes.
Add soy sauce and mix well then add mayonnaise. Mix and turn off the stove.
Cut rolls in half so you have tops and bottoms. Place bottom half of rolls on a baking sheet. Spread ketchup over the buns Sprinkle mozzarella cheese all over . Spread chicken mixture over roll bottoms. Add the cheddar cheese slices on top Top with the top half of the buns.
Melt butter & stir in parsley . Brush over buns. Serve and Enjoy!!
