chicken strips

Chicken Strips can be one of the best entrees or snacks for any house party.

Ingredients

marination

  • 500 g chicken
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste or powder
  • salt as per taste
  • black pepper as per taste
  • 1 Tsp chilli powder

For crumbs

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder/onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  • Marinate the chicken and keep it in refrigerator overnight
  • Take a bowl add all the crumbs ingredients. Mix them. Take another bowl, fill it with water. Coat chicken strips in flour, then in water, coat it flour again.
  • Do it with all the chicken pieces. Take the chicken strips and fry both sides on medium-high heat until they turn golden brown. Place them on a paper towel. Serve warm with your favourite dip or dressing.
