children's favorite chicken Alfredo!

This delicious meal is perfect for small gourmets. Delicate chicken pieces are combined with creamy alfredo sauce and served via pasta. The taste is mild and yet incredibly tasty, which always inspires children

Ingredients

  • 600 g boneless chicken
  • salt and pepper as per taste
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp red pepper curls
  • 2 cloves of garlic(crushed)
  • olive oil
  • soy sauce
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 3 crushed cloves of garlic
  • 400 g cream
  • 50 g grated Parmigiano Reggiano
  • 400 g Tagliatelle

Instructions

  • Boil Tagliatelle according to the package
  • Cut the chicken into cube shapes pieces. Then in a bowl add the chicken, salt, black pepper, oregano, garlic cloves, soy sauce, olive oil and mix well. Let the chicken marinate for 7-10 minutes
  • In a pan add oil and the chicken. Roast it for 5-7 minutes. Then remove it from pan and add the chopped onions and garlic. Fry for 3-5 minutes then add the cream and mix it. Let it come to a boil then add pasta water. Mix and cook for 2 minutes
  • Add the grated Parmigiano Reggiano and cook for 3 minutes. Add the boiled Tagliatelle. Mix and add the chicken.
