Take the salmon, sprinkle salt, black pepper and olive oil over it on both sides. Take a frying pan add 1 tbsp oil and fry the salmon both sides for 3-5 minutes.
In a frying pan add oil and chopped onions. Fry it for 3 minutes, then add the garlic cloves. Add the vinegar and cook it for 2 minutes then add the cream and mix well
Add salt, black pepper and thyme and cheese. Mix well. Cook until the cheese is melted. Add spinach and mix
Cut lemon into slices and add them to sauce. Add the cooked salmon too. Cook for another 2 minutes
