Healthy diet cookies

Healthy diet cookies with oats and apples in 5 minutes! No sugar, no flour, no butter!

Ingredients

  • 230 g oats
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 medium apples
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 40 g g dried cranberries
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  • In a grinder add the oats. turn on the grinder and grind it until it turns into powder type. Take a bowl add the oats, cinnamon powder, baking powder. Mix it.
  • Take the apples and slice it into pieces. bring back the grinder. add the apples in the grinder AND grind it. after grinding it add it to the bowl. then add egg yolks, vanilla extract and cranberries, Mix well
  • In a separate bowl add the egg whites and salt. Beat it on high speed until its fluffy. Add half of the egg white to the mixture and mix until its well combined . Then add the other half and mix gently.
  • Take a scoop of the mixture and put into a baking tray. Bake it on 180° for 25 minutes
  • Serve it with tea. Enjoy!!!
