In a pan sauté onion for 3 minutes then add the minced. Cook on medium flame until the meat color changes.
In a bowl add the cooked meat and crack 3 eggs. Add cheese, feta cheese, black pepper, salt and mix well.
Rinse the peppers, cut off the tops with stems, and remove seeds and membranes. Fill each pepper generously with the stuffing mixture.
Bake for 25 minutes on 180° or according to your oven. take it out from the oven and top it with a slice of tomato and again bake it for 5 minutes(optional)
