Cut the chicken into cubes. In a bowl add chicken cubes, salt and black pepper. Mix well. Set aside for 10-15 minutes. Then add flour and mix well. In a small bowl mix lemon juice and sugar

In a frying pan add oil. Fry the chicken for 15 minutes on medium high flame. Take the chicken out when they are turned red.

In same pan add butter and minced garlic. sauté for a minute, add flour and fry for a minute. Add oregano and chicken broth. Cook for 3 minutes then add the lemon mixture, salt and black pepper.
6 cloves garlic, 2 tbsp all purpose flour, 15 g butter, 1 tsp oregano, black pepper, salt
Cook for 5 minutes then add chicken. Mix well and cook for 3 minutes
