Pumpkin pancake recipe

The best breakfast recipe. Take some pumpkins and cottage cheese and make this delicious breakfast recipe

Ingredients

  • 500 g pumpkin
  • 300 g cottage cheese
  • 100 ml kefir
  • 1 egg
  • 150 g flour
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • salt as per taste
  • olive oil

Instructions

  • Grate the pumpkins with a grater. Add them into a bowl, add cottage cheese, sugar, salt, egg, kefir. Mix them well.
  • After mixing, add the flour and mix well until everything is well combined.
  • In a pan add oil, take a spoonful of mixture and add into the pan. Fry until they are golden colored.
  • Serve and Enjoy!!
