Ingredients

pumpkin

g
cottage cheese

ml
kefir
1
egg

g
flour
3
tbsp
sugar
salt as per taste
olive oil
Instructions
Grate the pumpkins with a grater. Add them into a bowl, add cottage cheese, sugar, salt, egg, kefir. Mix them well.
After mixing, add the flour and mix well until everything is well combined.
In a pan add oil, take a spoonful of mixture and add into the pan. Fry until they are golden colored.
