Turkish Pide Bread Pizza:

Ingredients

  • 2 Turkish pide bread
  • 100g butter
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 100 g olives
  • 200 g mozzarella cheese
  • 5 - 6 Beef shaved slices
  • 80 g Parmesan cheese
  • 150g Mortadella
  • 3 cheese slices
  • 3 eggs
  • Fresh parsley leaves
  • salt as per taste
  • black pepper as per taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C or according to your oven. Slice the Turkish pide bread lengthwise to create two halves. Place them on a baking sheet. Spread a thin layer of butter on each half of the pide bread.
  • Take the Mortadella start to cut them into small pieces. Then add the beef slices one side of the bread and on the other bread add the Mortadella on side of the bread. Arrange the sliced tomatoes evenly on the bread halves. Sprinkle sliced olives over the tomatoes.
  • In a bowl add chopped parsley to eggs, season with salt and pepper to taste and mix. Carefully pure it the mixture on top of breads. On one of the pide bread halves, add sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  • On the other pide bread half, place smoky cheese slices. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 15 - 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the eggs are cooked to your desired level of doneness.
  • Once done, remove the Turkish pide bread pizzas from the oven. Once done, remove the Turkish pide bread pizzas from the oven. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Turkish Pide Bread Pizzas!
