Upside down banana cake

Fast and easy. When there is absolutely no time, cook this delicious and quick cake

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 60 ml sunflower oil
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 200 grams flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 3 bananas.
  • 30 grams butter
  • 2 spoons sugar

Instructions

  • In a bowl add 2 eggs and oil. Whisk them for 5 minutes and then add yogurt. mix. Sift flour and baking powder, then mix until its well dissolved
  • Take the banana and cut into half, then peel of the skin
  • Take 27 x 18 cm mold. Grease it with butter then sprinkle sugar all over the mold
  • Add the bananas. line them, then pour the batter we made earlier
  • Bake it on 180° for 30 minutes. Place heatproof serving plate upside down onto pan; turn plate and pan over. Cut the cake into slices
  • Enjoy!!!
