Protein cookies

Make this quick and easy protein cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup nuts
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 500 ml water
  • 2 tbsp seed mixture
  • 30 ml water

Instructions

  • Take a bowl add walnuts, pumpkin seeds, nuts and warm water. Leave it for 30 minutes
  • Then drain the water from it. Add it into a blender then add 500ml water and turn on the blender. Then stain the mixture. while straining the mixture there would be a thick mixture. Set that aside and the liquid mixture, store it in a container and Keep it in the fridge
  • Take a separate bowl, add the seed mixture and 30ml of water and mix. Add it to the thick mixture and mix well until everything is well combined.
  • In a baking tray, scoop the mixture into the tray. design it in however shape you prefer. Bake it in oven for 20-25 minutes at 180°
  • Serve and Enjoy!!
