Protein cookies are still processed snacks loaded with sugar, fat, and calories. Eating protein cookies can help boost your energy levels because they contain whole grains and fibers.
Ingredients:-
walnuts 1 cup
pumpkin seeds 1 cup
Nuts 1 cup
warm water
500ml of water
seed mixture
HOW TO MAKE IT??
Take a bowl add walnuts, pumpkin seeds, nuts and warm water. Leave it for 30 minutes
Then drain the water from it. Add it into a blender then add 500ml water and turn on the blender. Then stain the mixture. while straining the mixture there would be a thick mixture. Set that aside and the liquid mixture, store it in a container and Keep it in the fridge
Take a separate bowl, add the seed mixture and 30ml of water and mix. Add it to the thick mixture and mix well until everything is well combined.
In a baking tray, scoop the mixture into the tray. design it in however shape you prefer. Bake it in oven for 20-25 minutes at 180°
