This swiss roll cake is bake-less. People go wild over this recipe. Its sweet taste bring joy to everyone. Its easy to make

Ingredients:

  • 150 grams of grated coconut (2 glasses).
  • 1 liter of milk (5 glasses).
  • 200 grams of sugar (1 glass).
  • 220 grams of flour (1.75 glasses).
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla essence.
  • 60 grams butter (2 ounces).
  • Rub the skin of an orange.
  • 600 ml orange juice (3 glasses).
  • 30 grams of cornstarch (2 tablespoons).
  • 50 grams of flour (3 tablespoons).
  • 100 grams of sugar (1/2 glass).

WHAT CAN YOU SUBITITUTE WITH?

IF you don’t like orange filling, you can use lemon or strawberry or any filling you like. just substitute orange with your favourite fruit or you can use any other filling you prefer

CAN I STORE?

YES! you can store this dessert in the fridge for One week. You can freeze it for few days if you want., but its way better to finish it so the taste don’t get different 

HOW TO MAKE IT?

  • Take 40 x 30 cm (15”x12”) tray, line with baking paper. sprinkle the coconut all over the tray

  • Take a sauce pan add 1 liter milk, vanilla essence, sugar, flour. keep stirring the mixture until it starts to get thickened. Then add butter and stir it until the butter is melted and dissolved. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until it starts boil for 7-10 minutes.

  • Take the mixture and spread it on the tray. with the help of spatula even the mixture. Set it aside

  • Peel the skin of an orange. Cut fresh oranges and squeeze them to make orange juice, then stain out the orange juice.

  • Add the orange juice and the orange zest. Add 30 grams of cornstarch, 50 grams of flour and 50 grams of flour. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until it starts to get thickened and its color gets a little darker.

  • Spread out the orange mixture on the tray and with the help of spatula even it. Store in the fridge for 2 hours.

  • After 2 hours, take it out from the fridge and cut the the edges of it making into an equal shape then cut the it into six portion

  • start to roll it from the end with and end or u can use a paper beneath it so it doesn’t break

  • Serve and Enjoy!!
