Spaghetti with Tuna

This canned tuna pasta recipe is quick, healthy, and comforting. It's the perfect recipe when you don't have a lot in your pantry!

Ingredients

  • 250 g Spaghetti
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4-5 cloves garlic
  • parsley
  • 2 cans tuna
  • 120 ml vegetable broth
  • salt as per taste
  • black pepper as per taste

Instructions

  • In a pan add olive oil and cloves of garlic. Sauté for 3-4 minutes, then add chopped parsley. Fry for a minute while stirring constantly. Add vegetable broth, salt and black pepper. Cook for 4-6 minutes.
  • Add spaghetti, tuna and water into the mixture. Cook and stir for few minute on medium flame.
  • Serve and enjoy!!
