CAN I STORE??
Store leftover oatmeal cookies at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
TO FREEZE: Place baked cookies in an airtight, freezer-safe container for up to 3 months. Let thaw overnight in the refrigerator, then transfer to room temperature
WHAT DO YOU NEED FOR THIS RECIPE??
230 g rolled oats
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 medium apples
3 eggs(separate the yolks from whites)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
40 g dried cranberries
HOW TO MAKE IT?
In a grinder add the oats. turn on the grinder and grind it until it turns into powder type. Take a bowl add the oats, cinnamon powder, baking powder. Mix it.
Take the apples and slice it into pieces. bring back the grinder. add the apples in the grinder AND grind it. after grinding it add it to the bowl. then add egg yolks, vanilla extract, salt and cranberries, Mix well
In a separate bowl add the egg whites and beat it on high speed until its fluffy. Add half of the egg white to the mixture and mix until its well combined . Then add the other half and mix gently
Take a scoop of the mixture and put into a baking tray. Bake it on 180° for 25 minutes
Serve it with tea. Enjoy!!!
