This easy Chicken Alfredo recipe includes golden pan-fried seasoned chicken breasts and tender noodles. I hope you love this delicious and simple recipe 

Some tips for perfect alfredo:- 

  • Tagliatelle is a classic, but angel hair or spaghetti would work just fine! Just make sure whatever pasta you choose can be completely submerged in your cooking liquid. 
  •  After the pasta is cooked, stir in a couple of big handfuls of spinach and some halved grape tomatoes.
  • Using freshly grated (not shredded) Parm will help turn your sauce into a luscious, creamy dream. Pre-shredded cheeses are usually dusted with anti-coagulants that will prevent the cheese from getting smooth and melty. 
  • If you don’t have chicken breast around, you can use chicken tender if you want

  • Variations. Mix in cooked veggies (broccoli is our fav) or top with grilled chicken breast, sliced sausage, or shrimp. Garnish or sprinkle with fresh herbs (fresh parsley or thyme) to make the dish look even more delicious. 

  • if you prefer White Sauce (Béchamel) instead of alfredo sauce you can use it. If you wonder what’s the difference between alfredo sauce and white sauce Both sauces are dairy-based, but White Sauce is thickened with a roux made with butter and flour while Alfredo Sauce uses heavy creamy and is thickened by reduction on the stovetop and not with a roux.

  • Make it without cream. For a lighter version of Alfredo Pasta, substitute the heavy cream. Some good substitutions for heavy cream are milk, half ‘n half, greek yogurt, or cream cheese.
  • Thin the sauce. Add a little pasta water or more heavy cream to thin out the sauce.

With chicken, pasta, and a cream sauce, this is high calorie, indulgent, and filling! But the following are great Alfredo side dishes:

Leftovers: Any leftovers should be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It will keep up to 3 days.
How to reheat Chicken Alfredo: Reheat on the stovetop, gently over low heat until it’s incorporated again, keeping in mind the sauce will probably separate.

  • chicken breast
  • salt and pepper
  • dried oregano
  • red pepper curls
  • garlic
  • soy sauce
  • olive oil
  • onion
  • garlic
  • cream
  • Parmigiano Reggian
  • Tagliatelle

HOW TO MAKE IT??

  • Boil Tagliatelle according to the package. Cut the chicken into cube shapes pieces. Then in a bowl add the chicken, salt, black pepper, oregano, garlic cloves, soy sauce, olive oil and mix well. Let the chicken marinate for 7-10 minutes

  • In a pan add oil and the chicken. Roast it for 5-7 minutes. Then remove it from pan and add the chopped onions and garlic. Fry for 3-5 minutes then add the cream and mix it. Let it come to a boil then add pasta water. Mix and cook for 2 minutes

  • Add the grated Parmigiano Reggiano and cook for 3 minutes. Add the boiled Tagliatelle. Mix and add the chicken.

  • Serve and Enjoy!!!

Ingredients
  

  • 600 g boneless chicken
  • salt and pepper as per taste
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp red pepper curls
  • 2 cloves of garlic(crushed)
  • olive oil
  • soy sauce
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 3 crushed cloves of garlic
  • 400 g cream
  • 50 g grated Parmigiano Reggiano
  • 400 g Tagliatelle

Instructions
 

  • Boil Tagliatelle according to the package
