What do u need??
- chicken
- salt
- soya sauce
- black pepper
- paprika
- flour
- vinegar
- ginger garlic powder/paste
HOW TO MAKE IT??
Take a bowl add all the crumbs ingredients. Mix them. Take another bowl, fill it with water. Coat chicken strips in flour, then in water, coat it flour again.
Fry the strips on medium flame for 15-20 minutes or until tender
Serve warm with your favourite dip or dressing. Enjoy!!

Ingredients

- 500 g chicken
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste or powder
- salt as per taste
- black pepper as per taste
- 1 Tsp chilli powder
For crumbs
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder/onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken and keep it in refrigerator overnight
- Take a bowl add all the crumbs ingredients. Mix them. Take another bowl, fill it with water. Coat chicken strips in flour, then in water, coat it flour again.
- Do it with all the chicken pieces. Take the chicken strips and fry both sides on medium-high heat until they turn golden brown. Place them on a paper towel. Serve warm with your favourite dip or dressing.
